Remiel had discovered ruins on Route 116, an ancient entrance at the base of Mt. Meteor that led into a mysterious cave network. From the looks of it, pokémon in the surrounding wilderness had chosen to take refuge in this place. Psychic-type pokémon, in particular, seemed to have a vested interest and curiosity in it.

Despite the eyes he could feel watching him from the shadows, corporeal or otherwise, Remiel proceeded to exploring these ruins further. Summoning his Druddigon, Dathomir Two, the royal turned archaeologist commanded it to clear a path of rubble that barred his way with its massive claws. To proceeded to do so with ease, revealing the path ahead.

A cat screeched, then leapt out from the pile of rubble his Druddigon had disturbed. It clung to said dragon's face with ferocious claws, prompted out of terror and fear to strike at it. But, before long, it was whacked away.

Remiel unclipped an empty luxury ball from his belt. As the cat struggled to get back up on all fours, dazed by the back of the Druddigon's hand, the prince cast his ball forward.
